We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2020, at the age of 83, Sylvia Johnson Wade of Axton, Virginia, born in Switchback, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsworth Johnson and Nannie Dean Johnson; her husband William David Wade; and her siblings, Linda Petrovich, Paul, Daniel, John and Charlie Johnson.

She is survived by: her son Donald Lee Wade, Sr.; her siblings, Thelma Tuttle, Eileen Tackett, Brenda Clark, Jimmy Johnson and Jackie Johnson; and her grandson Donald Lee Wade, Jr.. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
