She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Lane and Mary Leo Hash Bowman; her husband Ernie Willard Marrs; and her siblings, Mary Bowman Tabor, Carl, Jack, Joe and Harold Bowman.
She is survived by: her son Brian Marrs (Jennifer) of Charleston, WV; her granddaughters, Jenna and Lauren; and her sister Frances Jones of Bandy, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
After Alzheimer's took her ability to live independently, she spent her final years living with her sister Frances in Bandy, VA.
