She was predeceased by : her parents, Douglas F. Waldon and Mary E. Collier Waldon; and her close friend James "Buster" Shifflett. She is survived by : her sons, D. J. Shifflett and Duke Shifflett; and her siblings, Susan Morton (Charlie) and Doug Waldon (Audrey). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
