He is survived by : his wife Bessie Cassell; his daughter Lori Ann Stone of North Carolina; his stepchildren, Danny Wayne Griffin of South Boston, VA and Patricia Ann Branch of Bassett, VA; and his siblings, Donnie Ray Cassell, Jimmy Leon Cassell, Claude E. Cassell, David Lee Cassell, Virginia Dale Snow and Patricia Ann Sowers. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild, 4 step-grandchildren; 4 step-great grandchildren.
