He was predeceased by : his parent Harold Davis; his daughter Kathy Davis Raslevich; and his former life partner Ellen Joyce Davis. He is survived by : his parent Madeline Davis; his wife Penny Davis of Bealeton; his daughter Heather Ellen Dowell; and his grandchildren, David, Kristine and Zachary.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Roof Restoration Fund at Grace Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 18, Casanova, VA 20139.
