It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Mildred Noel Angus of Bedford, Virginia, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Judson Noell and Velda Poindexter Noell; and her husband Elwood Strode Angus. She is survived by: her pet Callie; her children, Calvin Angus (Annette), Rhonda Lavoie (Charlie), Nancy Carter (Timmy) and Larry Angus; her granddaughter Crystal Kennedy (Robin); her children, Tiffany Wood, Thomas Kennedy (Jessica), Dakota Carter (Lisa), Christina Lavoie and Chad Lavoie (Teresa); her siblings-in-law, Peggy Noell, James Angus (Ofelia) and Corene Coleman; and also, Amanda Pasa, Gabryela, Aryana and Ysabela. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
