He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joyce Ellison, Ellen Oscar and Floyd Owens, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Floyd Owens and Myrtle Ashby Owens; his children, Alicia Owens (Chris McMaster) of Yuma and Matthew Owens (Britney) of Highview, WV; his grandchildren, Devon, Landon, Shayla, Riley and Kyleigh; and his siblings, Mary Carnes (Eddie), Patsy Ashby (Randy), Jan Atkinson (Mike Graves), Pauline Salvador and James Owens. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
