He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clark and Nannie Bell Colbird Clark; and his wife Minnie Mae Bailey Clark. He is survived by: his children, Lois M. Letchford, Lewis R. Clark, Jr. (Meridith), David A. Clark (Phyllis), Michael L. Love and Teddy W. Clark (Laura); and his brother William Clark, Sr. (Mary). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
