He was predeceased by : his parents, Ival Justice and Nettie Jane Williamson Justice; and his brothers, Ival Justice, Jr., Clinton Justice and Bob Justice.
He is survived by : his wife Lydia Sue Mullins Justice of Big Rock, VA; his children, Jeanne Sue Daniels (Jeff) of Pounding Mill, VA, Amy Cheryl Cochran (Charlie) of Grundy, VA and Charles Brian Justice of Cedar Bluff, VA; his brothers, Larry Justice of Harman, VA, Gene Justice (Melba) of Breaks, VA and Winford Justice; and his grandchildren, Joshua Daniels, Jadyn Daniels, Ace Cochran, Eli Cochran and Max Cochran. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
