He is survived by : his wife Susan Ann Ward May of Clintwood, VA; his son James May of Abingdon, VA; and his siblings, Carol June Womble of Naples, FL, Steven May (Doris) of Paintlick, VA, Gleason May (Diana) of Big Rock, VA, Kenny May of Newton, NC and Jackie May (Carolyn) of Lincolnton, NC.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
