He is survived by : his wife Emma Delph; his daughter Regina Moore of Church Hill, TN; his daughter-in-law Theresa Delph of Kingsport; his grandchildren, Adam Delph, Nikki Parker, Joshua Moore, Tara Moore and Tabitha Moore; his great grandchildren, Austin Delph, Arron Delph, Andrew Delph, Abbey Booth and Ethan Booth; and his sister Louise Henegar.
