He is survived by : his wife Jerri Lynn Fylpa; his son Douglas Fylpa III; his stepdaughter Jennifer Pettit; his grandchildren, Alicia Keatts (Donald), Ragan Tawney, Lauren Goad, Aedon Wiley and Jase Wiley; and his great grandchildren, Addy, Rylan, Rylee and Colton.
