He is survived by: his siblings, Rosa Yates Brown of Goodlettsville, TN, Florine Yates-Shelton of Blackstone, VA, LoVerna Yates Boyd of Richmond, VA, Clyde Yates (Lauretta) of Cumberland, VA and Joseph Yates (Cynthia) of Henderson, NC. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
