She was loved and cherished by many people including : her grandmother Tomlinson; her husband Monroe Speer; her siblings, Earnest, Ora, Bill, Odell, Larry, Bobby, Monroe Qualls, Jr., Sue Bumgardner, Virginia Hubbard, Diane Neidal and Venice Bledsoe; her son Charles Speer (Lou) of Columbia, SC; her grandchildren, Charles M. Speer (Tonya) of Columbia, SC, Kim Pipkin of Columbia, SC and Angie Liscusky (Scott) of Columbia, SC; and her siblings, Claude Qualls of Shreveport, LA, Kenny Qualls of Indianapolis, IN, June Houston of Indianapolis, Brenda Sparks of Indianapolis and Angie Jarrett of Indianapolis. She was also cherished by nine great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
