He was predeceased by : his parents, Peart Willis and Zelma Willis. He is survived by : his wife Doris Alice Willis; his children, Kimberly Willis Belcher of Sneedville, TN, Susan Willis Tweed (Mike) of Gastonia, NC and Scott Willis (Karen Byrd) of Rogersville, TN.; his great grandchild Ryan Belcher (Marylynn Stinson); his children, Jonah Belcher (Natasha Hurst), Kaden, Keesha McFarland (Nathan), Emma and Jackson; and his brothers, Wayne Willis (Wilma), Doug Willis (Helen), Gary Willis (Annie) and Loran Willis (Vada). He is also survived by five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Beech Grove Primitive Baptist Church, 3298 Flower Gap Road, Blackwater, VA 24221.
