He was predeceased by: his parents, Verlie Burnett Vipperman and Charles Vipperman. He is survived by: his former wife Thelma Evans Vipperman; and his son Jimmy Todd Vipperman of Blairs, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid 19 outbreak, all restrictions mandated by the guidelines set forth by the state must be followed by service attendants and staff.
