She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elder Joshua Tillman Rowe, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Wiles Rowe; her husband Paul Dawson Marshall; her daughter Nancy Carol Marshall; her brother Joshua Tillman Rowe; her daughters, Brenda M. White (John), Elizabeth T. Marshall and Paula R. Marshall; her granddaughter Jennifer S. Gary (Bill); her sibling's children, Tom M. Rowe (Nancy), John D. Rowe (Rebecca), Joshua W. Rowe, Michael I. Williams, Larry Williams (Bessie), Jayne Horton and Joyce Pittman (Phil); and her great-niece Katie Foster (Josh). She was also cherished by other great nieces and nephews as well as great great nieces and nephews.
