He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul, Sr. and Dorothy Blankenship Agee; and his siblings, James Cleveland Agee, Marsha Jessee and Barbara Tyeryar.
He is survived by : his son James Paul; his daughter-in-law Amanda Agee; his daughter Detria; his son-in-law Lonnie Thomas; his grandchildren, Tynley, Everley, Austin, Alex, Asha, Dakota and Shiloh; his brother Jack; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Agee, Terry Parker and Kathy Agee; and his nieces and nephews, Angie Davis, Bobby Hale, Jr. and Cody Agee.
