With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Rose Rando Brown Bell of Blue Ridge, Virginia, born in Johnson City, New York, who passed away on July 26, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rando and Anna Ciaravino Rando; her husband David Homer Bell; her son Roger S. Brown; her son-in-law Dennis Bock; her great grandchild Madison Marie Brown; and her niece Sandy Gotelli.
She is survived by: her children, Jaqueline Cipar (Joseph), Susan Bock and Michael J. Brown (Ellen); her grandchildren, Katina Ruffo (Chris), Michael S. Brown (Jennifer), Nicole Hall, Joseph Cipar, Jr. (Jennie), Anna Harold, Brian Brown (Ariel), Christopher Brown (Jessica) and Sara Brown (Mike); her great grandchildren, Kristina, Dakota, Morgan, Myles, Emily, Vita, Garrett, Xander, Eowyn, Caden, Kendrick, Dawson, Joseph, Isabella, Parker, Raelynn and Sophia; her great great grandchild Ellina; and her nephew Joseph T. Rando. She is also survived by her family and friends.
