He is survived by : his children, Larry D. Flanner (Joyce "Susie"), Tazewell, Gary K. Flanner (Kathy), Debra "Denise" St. Clair (Thomas St) and Donna S. Flanner of Bluefield, VA; his grandchildren, Kevin Flanner, Brandon Flanner, Rachael Downard, Nikki Luttrell, Denise Jewell and Tammy Everson; his sisters, Shirley Carter (Les) and Nona Buskill; and his close friends, Jerry and Anita Goss. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
