She was predeceased by : her husband Basil. She is survived by : her children, Basil Ballard, Jr. (Linda) of Abingdon, Donna Kessler of Bluefield, Kathy Winkler (John) of Bluefield and Jimmy Ballard (Lisa) of Columbus, Ohio.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
