She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman Miles Alley and Bessie Bolian Alley; and her sisters, Evelyn Anglin and Juanita Woody. She is survived by : her husband Edward D. Hastings; her children, Elizabeth Anne Howell (Roger) of King George, Laura Hastings Young (Darrel) of Burnsville, NC and Edward Miles Hastings (Brenda) of Canning Farm; her grandchildren, Jennifer Goheen (Riley), Emily Bazargan (Darah), Joseph Hastings (Sheridan), Abigail Hastings and Samuel Hastings; and her great grandchildren, Asa, Elia, Isaiah, Elsie Goheen and Isla Bazargan. She is also survived by mother, grandmother and aunt who took great interest in her family.
