She was predeceased by : her parents, Percy Conway Butler Sr. and Leola Cook Butler; her husband Burt Gonce Jr.; her siblings, Percy Conway Butler, Jr. and Kathryn Seay; and her grandson Allen Gonce.
She is survived by : her children, David Gonce (Loretta), Brenda Davis (Chance) and Shannon Shiflett (Vincent); and her grandchildren, Gina Beberdick, Randal Gonce, Corinna Davis, Amber Davis, Alanna Shiflett, Darren Shiflett, Darlene Harmon, Crystal Butler and Ashley Vine. She is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
