He is survived by: his daughters, Dana Ratliff of Jewell Ridge, VA and Joanette Ratliff of Bristol, VA; his siblings, Melissa Looney (Charles) of Grundy, VA, Bobby Jearald Ratliff of Grundy, VA, Arteamus Ratliff (Jackie) of Grundy, VA, Vernon Roscoe Stiltner of Grundy, VA and Gary Ratliff (Alice) of Haysi, VA; and his grandchildren, Eben Sinere Cannon, Kaiden McKinley Mitchell and Tyson Douglas Harrison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
