She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Rosenbalm and Louise Rosenbalm. She is survived by: her husband James Ramsey Sr.; her son James Ramsey Jr.; and her brother Clarence Rosenbalm. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services (417 Lee St, Bristol, VA 24201).
