She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Sterling Snellings; her parents, John Wesley English and Sarah Margaret English; her brothers, Robert and Joseph English; and her grandson Harrison Snellings.

She is survived by : her sons, Richard Sterling Snellings, Jr. (Carrie), Joseph Michael Snellings (Amy) and James Christopher Snellings (Jessica Rodriguez-Snellings); her siblings, Sally Ann Black, John Reed English, Jeffrey Russell English and Dennis Michael English; and her grandchildren, Alyssa, Savannah, Antonio and Amelia.
