He was predeceased by : his parents, James Rose and Fallie Rose; his wife Joan Marriane Rose; his children, Harold "Hal" E. Rose, Jr., Elizabeth and Susan Marcella Rose; his siblings, James, Charles, Moscow, Frank, Clara, Betty and Joyce; and his son-in-law Joel Ira Herzig.
He is survived by : his daughter Melinda Rose; his children-in-law, Michael Peterson and Pam Rose; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Rose, Kelly Turpin, Harold "Trey" E. Rose, III and Mary Anna Rose; his great grandchildren, Gabrielle "Abbie", Colin and Laila Turpin; and his brother Benjamin Rose of Rogersville, Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.
As a result of the current COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the church-affiliated organization of your choice, CRU Campus Ministry, or Compassion International.
