He was predeceased by: his parents, Goldie Forney and Wayne Forney; and his sister Mary Louise Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Nelda F. Forney; his daughter Lanelle Kyle (Frank); his grandchildren, Emilie Griffith (Geoff), Ashley Simsik (David) and Leanna Sanchez; his great grandchildren, Brianna Simsik, Nora Simsik, Sloane Sanchez and Sierra Sanchez; and his sister Lucille Krueger. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
