It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Forney of Burke, Virginia, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Forney to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Goldie Forney and Wayne Forney; and his sister Mary Louise Peterson. He is survived by : his wife Nelda F. Forney; his daughter Lanelle Kyle (Frank); his grandchildren, Emilie Griffith (Geoff), Ashley Simsik (David) and Leanna Sanchez; his great grandchildren, Brianna Simsik, Nora Simsik, Sloane Sanchez and Sierra Sanchez; and his sister Lucille Krueger. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
