He is survived by : his wife Della Lynn Stacy Looney; his children, Marcus Allen Looney (Ben), Jessica Lynn Chappell (Brandon) and Billy Paul Looney (Chaily); his grandchildren, Cheyanne, Elena, Lucas Chappell, Laci, Bristal and Berkli; his siblings, Kathy Stacy (James), Regina Kincer (Ron), Leisa Kundman (Kay), Teresa Looney, Tammy Moody (Wayne), Michael David Looney, Walter Jr. Looney and Rodney L. Looney; and his brothers-in-law, Curtis Owens and Tim Dotson.
