He was predeceased by : his father Charles Harrison Marks, Sr.; and his brother Allen Marks. He is survived by : his mother Charlotte Smith Marks of Virginia; and his siblings, Kenneth Marks (Karen), Leah Cooke (William, Sr.), Mary Hayden (Steve) and Faith Marks. He is also survived by six nieces; five nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; and two great-great nephews.
