He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Lee and Thelma Lempkuhl Middleton; his siblings, Raymond Middleton and Thelma Henry; and his grandson Chris Middleton.
He is survived by : his wife Clara Mae Middleton; and his children, Wayne Middleton, Frances Middleton Newsome (Charles) and Nancy Shelley (William). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
