She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hayes and Juanita Hayes; and her husband Claud "Dan" Daniel Atwood. She is survived by: her children, Tracey V. Montero (Francisco), Melissa R. Whited (Ben), Stephany D. Tysor (Vance) and Stephan H. Atwood (Glynnis); her grandchildren, Brandon, Andrew, Gregory, Tammara and Sharon; her great grandchildren, Autumn, Levi, Jayce, Knox, Elizabeth, Amelia, Xander, Kenna, Walker, Gareth, Aislinn, Athena and Ava; her brothers, William C. Hayes (Peggy) and James F. Hayes (Diana); and her sisters-in-law, Marsha Atwood, Susie Atwood and Mary Logan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Parr Funeral Home & Crematory (3515 Robs Dr, Suffolk, VA 23434). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
