It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bertha Pauline Bryant of Castlewood, Virginia, born in Dante, Virginia, who passed away on June 11, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harvey Poston and Sally Marshall Poston; her husband Hansel James Bryant; and her son Gary Williams. She is survived by : her children, Lucille Williams and Bryant Williams of Castlewood, Virginia; and her sisters, Dana Pearl Holbrook of West Dante, Peggy Mullins of West Dante, Betty Sue Hill of Castlewood, Ina Woodruff of St. Paul and Iris Osborne of North Carolina. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Following the COVID-19 restrictions set forth by the Governor of Virginia of no more than 50% of capacity gathering and the face-covering requirements, Graveside Service and Entombment for Bertha Pauline Bryant will be conducted at 11:00 a. m., Saturday, June 13, 2020, in the Chapel of Love Mausoleum - Temple Hill Memorial Park in Castlewood, Virginia with Rev. Lanny Powers officiating.
