She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Ramsey and Cora Ruth Shockley Ramsey; her husband Dennis Clinton Trent; her brother Ernie Ray Ramsey, Sr.; and her son Kevin Neil Trent.

She is survived by: her daughters, Gillanne McKinney (Cody Dillard) and Kayla Skipper Johnson (Sam); her grandchildren, Katie McKinney, Jenna McKinney, Aiden Skipper, Zane Johnson and Jett Johnson; and her siblings, Karen Sue Austin (Larry) and Terry Fletcher Ramsey (Angie).
