It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rickey Ray Fogg (Castlewood, Virginia), born in Quantico, Virginia, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Fogg and Ethel Stephens Fogg. He is survived by: his daughter Melody Markum (Travis); the mother of his child Ruth Ann Dye; his granddaughters, Kaylee Markum and Jordan Markum; his siblings, Pamela Smith (Ken Pratt) and Rodney Fogg (Janie); his nieces, Rachel, Katie and Erin Fogg; and his close friend Debra Fogg.
