He is survived by: his wife Ruby McGuire; his children, Karen Payne of Cedar Bluff, VA, Megan Bailey of Wardell, VA and Brian Payne (Jennifer) of Tazewell, VA; his siblings, Anita Vance of Princeton, WV, Herbert Payne of Jolo, WV, Roland Payne and Leon Payne; and his grandchildren, Winter Baker, Jessica Payne, Logan Payne, Gavin Bailey, Hudler, Tyler Bailey and Micaela Payne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
