She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Samuel and Arminda Jane Boyd Cantrell; her husbands, Marcus Kelly Lowe, Jr. and Clarence Roosevelt Byrd; her sons, Tommy James Lowe and Joseph Randel Lowe; her daughter-in-law Olivia Whited Lowe; her grandson Aaron Keith Lowe; her great grandchild Desperado Gage Miller; and her siblings, Charles Anderson Cantrell, John Edward Cantrell, Robert E. Lee Cantrell, Mary Safrona Keen, Menda Alice Davis, Margaret Alafair Harman, Elizabeth Keen, Nancy Katherine Cantrell and Rosalie Cantrell (Sallie).
She is survived by: her children, Earl Eugene Lowe of Honaker, Virginia Donald Wayne Lowe and Betty S. Lowe of Richlands, Virginia.; her daughter-in-law Phyllis Ann Lowe of Swords Creek, Virginia.; and her brother Henry Elmer Cantrell (Glory) of Florida. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren, 8 Step Great Grandchildren, 10 Great-Great Grandchildren, and 2 Step Great-Great Grandchildren.
