He was predeceased by: his parents, Paris M. Waddell and Erie Tabor Waddell; and his siblings, Dora Jean Grindstaff, Nancy Mills, Faye Dye, Ruth McCardell, Hattie Honaker, Phyllis Christian and Jack Waddell.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sutherland Waddell; his children, Laura Lynch of Cedar Bluff and Kevin Waddell of Draper; and his grandchildren, Keisha Lynch, Kaeleigh Waddell and Dylan Waddell.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, only 10 people at a time will be allowed inside the funeral chapel for the visitation. Facial coverings and social distancing guidelines shall be always followed.
