She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Charles H.; her grandmother Letha Nuckles Sargent; her husband James H. Shinall; her siblings, Celia Ann Bragg and Charles Henry Sargent; her children, Jamie Lynn Fouch, Kimberly Ann Shinall (Anne), Karen Marie Knuckles (Dewey), Christina Kaye Shinall of Richlands, VA, James H. Shinall, Jr (Katherine) and Charles "Chuck" T. Shinall (Sharon) of Roanoke, VA; and her siblings, Rita Jean Berlin of Wilmington, NC and Thomas Sargent. She was also cherished by Eleven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren Several nieces, nephews and friends.
