He is survived by: his children, Anna Kiser (Morris) of Cedar Bluff, Virginia Rose Stiltner of Tazewell and Kermit Stiltner (Anita) of Fraser; his stepson Bill Belcher (Pat) of Cedar Bluff; and his stepson-in-law Doug Lester of Cedar Bluff. He is also survived by Five grandchildren, four step grandchildren, six great grandchildren, eight step great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and three step great-great grandchildren.
