She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Maze Horne and Nannie Bell Horne (Lowe); and her siblings, Loma Boyd, Hazel Boyd, Elsie Childress, Otis Horne and Beverly Horne.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mavis Horne (Ira) of Cedar Bluff, VA and James Horne (Ruth) of Cedar Bluff, VA; her sister-in-law Emma Horne of Dunn, NC.; her daughters, Freda Doggett (Jim) of Oxford, GA and Debbie Ratliff (Larry) of Cedar Bluff, VA.; her grandchildren, Brandon Keene (Leslie) of Suffolk, VA, Brent Doggett (Telina), Lauren Bishop (Robert) of Oxford, GA, Joshua Ratliff (Valerie) of Seneca, SC, Seth Ratliff (Olivia) of Bristol, VA and Isaac Ratliff of Johnson City, TN.; her great grandchildren, Amelia Grace Keene, Allison Faith Keene, Macie Jane Ratliff, Olivia Katherine Doggett, Sadie Grace Ratliff, Alexander James Bishop, Charlie Graham Ratliff and Robert Gilleon Bishop; and her pet Evie. She is also survived by her girls, but to help raise her grandchildren and her great grandchildren.
