She was predeceased by: her parents, Roby Whited and Naomi Hess Whited; her husband Stewart Phipps; her son David Phipps; and her brothers, Hubert, Linkous and McKinley Whited.
She is survived by: her son Stewart Phipps, Jr. (Laura) of Abingdon; and her sisters-in-law, Ellen Whited of Bucyrus, Joyce Whited of Raven and Virginia. She is also survived by Three grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of additional extended family and friends.
