He was predeceased by : his wife Dorothy; his son Ronald; and his sisters, Shirley E. McCluskey and Dorothy P. Bouchard. He is survived by : his parents, David Pelkey and Mathilda Pelkey; his sons, Allison David, Charles (Susan), Barry (Debbie) and Christopher; and his daughter-in-law Marie Hickey (Ronald). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
