With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Colter Ryan Shen of Centreville, Virginia, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on November 27, 2020 at the age of 59. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeffrey Colter Ryan Shen to pay them a last tribute.

Due to covid-19 restrictions, attendance at the visitation and service will be limited by invitation only.
