With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Masako Kawakiami Nanto (Centreville, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomiji Kawakami and Ayako Kawakami; and her brother Kennichi. She is survived by: her husband Dick; her son Brian (Natalie); her grandchildren, Ella, Paul, Luke and Sam; and her sisters, Mihoko Koshihara, Akiko Miyazawa and Nanto.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Centreville Virginia Stake Center (14150 Upperridge Dr, Centreville, VA 20121).
