He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Lewis Williams and Mary Alice Williams; his brothers, Otis Lewis, Jr. and Ronald Nelson Williams; his mother-in-law Annie Lee Pulliam; his sister Janie Williams; and his siblings' children, Latreasa Davis, Casandra Moore and Jeremy T. Royster.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Williams; his daughters, Janee Shuford of Farmville, VA and Kennica Elam (Leon); his stepchildren, Lashelia Elam of South Hill, VA and Curtis Pulliam (Angela) of Chase City, VA; his grandchildren, Keon, Zion and Kase; his stepgrandchildren, Tagijuan, Precious, Zarryair, Kaleah and Kanan; his siblings, Shirley Holcomb, Patricia DeJarnette, Gloria Royster (Tyrone) of Phenix, Sharon Harvey (David) of Red House, Kevin Williams and Gratten Williams; his aunt Sarah Dupuy; and his close friends, Micheal Overstreet of Phenix, Fred Pannell of Aspen, Leon Roberts of Aspen and Howard Bates of Aspen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service (304 Lusardi Dr, Brookneal, VA 24528). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at the St. Louis Baptist Church Cemetery (111 Patrick Henry Highway, Charlotte Court House, VA 23923).
