It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delma Louis Rogers (Charlottesville, Virginia), who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Della Mae and Wilmer Lee Rogers; his wife Luvenia Rogers; and his siblings, Wilmer, David Rogers and Faye Harvey.

He is survived by : his children, Lisa Sullivan (Scott) and Kevin Rogers (Jessica); his grandchildren, Lauren Sullivan Seay (Tyler), Justin Sullivan and Mark Rogers; and his son Landon.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hill and Wood Funeral Home - Charlottesville Chapel (201 1st St S, Charlottesville, VA 22902). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Monticello Memory Gardens (670 Thomas Jefferson Pkwy, Charlottesville, VA 22902).

In remembrance of Louis' life, the family requests that charitable donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation. The family also encourages support to LouisLuvLetters, a charitable organization that provides support to dementia and Alzheimer's patients which was started by his granddaughter Abbey.
