It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Morgan Richards (Charlottesville, Virginia), who passed away on January 28, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George C. Morgan and Mary M. Morgan; her husband William L. Richards, Jr.; her siblings, George "Al", John "Jack", Herman "Eddie" Morgan, Dorothy Goad and Donna Bales; and her stepson William L. Richards, III.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth S. Richards and Lynne C. Richards (Robert Boyle); her granddaughter Saunder L. Boyle; and her stepdaughter-in-law Audrey Ammons. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
