With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Pauline Shifflett of Gordonsville, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2024 at the age of 70. She was predeceased by : her parents, Coy Kingrea, Sr. and Nellie Kingrea; and her siblings, Leo Kingrea and Sarah Bedillon. She is survived by : her husband Joseph Shifflett, Sr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Teague Funeral Home (2260 Ivy Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22903). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Memorial Gardens (3251 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22911).
