He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Fulton and Dora Fulton; his sister Bobbie Jo Brown; his son-in-law Walter Parrott; and his grandson Julian Parrott.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Reardon Fulton; and his children, Elizabeth Parrott, Michael Fulton, Nancy Peyton (Daniel), Laura Fulton and Suzanne Flach (John). He is also survived by six grandsons, four granddaughters, one great-grandson, and one great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Piedmont or the Alzheimer's Association.
